Procedure
Installation of Yanmar 164010-03032, 3G Panel C-type
①Removal of old panel
・Remove 6 fixing bolts.
②Removal of old harness
・Remove old wire harness
③Installing new panel
・Tighten new panel to the dashboard with 6x M6
installation bolts (included)
④Installing Analog CAN Converter
・Tighten new panel to the replacement plate
with 6x M6 installation bolts (included)
⑤Installing Analog CAN Converter
・Tighten the unit to side wall in engine room
with 4x M8 fixing bolts (not included)
⑥New wire harness connection
・Connect wire harness
Note:
3G panel B
type bolt holes are compatible with old instrument panel bolt
holes, by modifying the existing mounting hole ( see figure at the right).
Expand mounting aperture to the cutout dimensions as shown in the
Operation Manual.
Replacement plate
